3 Packages frozen spinach (10 oz?)
1 Pint Sour Cream
1/2 cup mayo
1 Package Knorr vegetable or Leak Soup
1/4 Cup diced red onions
1 Small can water chestnuts (diced)
1 Carrot (diced)
2 tsp minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, soup & garlic & refrigerate. thaw spinach in cold water & then drain out as much water as possible. In large bowl mix everything together. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
