Directions:
Brown hamburger & onions. Add spaghetti sauce & oregano to hamburger. Prepare noodles according to instructions on package & drain.
In greased 10x6x11/2-in baking dish make layers in order. One half noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, spaghetti sauce. Repeat layers with 2nd half of ingredients. Bake in 375 oven for about 30 minutes. I throw extra mozzarella cheese on top last few minutes, just long enough to melt. Let rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Personal Notes:
You can put this together the day before & then throw it in the oven when you get home. This also doubles beautifully. I generally throw in extra cheese on each layer until it looks right. This is also delish as vegetarian replace meat with cooked veggies - mushrooms, peppers, spinach, use your imagination!!
