1 Tbl. Powdered sugar
2 marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the marshmallows 10 seconds in the microwave; cool. Whip the cream, add the powdered sugar, and the cooled marshmallows and finally your vanilla.

This is a great recipe given to me by a chef from a restaurant in lower Michigan. It helps the topping to stay nice and stiff.
