7c sliced cucumbers
1c sliced green peppers
1c sliced onion
1T celery seed
1t canning salt

Sprinkle celery seed and salt over cucumbers, peppers and onions mixing well

Mix separately

2c sugar
1c cider vinegar
Make enough of the liquid to completely cover the cucumbers in the jar.

Pour over cucumbers and stir well. These can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 months

These are really good.I make these in a gallon jar and they are always gone before a month is up. I use the bigger cucumbers in the garden to use them up... you know the ones you missed and got oversized.
