4 ripe tomatoes, cut in half
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Slice a large ripe tomato in half. Pour olive oil over the top of each tomato half and top with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until it begins to bubble and brown, and the tomato is soft in texture. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil.
