1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 lb. mozarella cheese, grated

meat sauce:
1 or 2 lb. ground beef
1 T. parsley flakes
11/2 tsp. salt
2 cans tomato paste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 T. oregano
2 cans tomato

cheese sauce:
3 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
2 T. parsley flakes
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. parmesean cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, pour off fat. Add all meat sauce ingredients. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.

Cook noodles until tender.

In a bowl, combine cheese sauce ingredients.

In an oblong pan, layer some of the meat sauce, then noodles, cheese sauce and grated cheese. Repeat layers ending with sauce. Top with more grated cheese, if desired.

Bake 30 minutes at 375
