1 cup oil

2 cups sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups pumpkin

2-1/4 cups flour

1 tsp soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

1 cup oil

2 cups sugar

2 cups pumpkin



Mix together above and add:

2-1/4 cups flour

1 tsp soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt



Combine and mix well. Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

This is another of Bonnie's recipe's. One of our friends made this recipe for Book Club and everyone loved it. I was able to bring some for Ben and Emily and they ate the entire plate
