1 c. flour
1 T. white sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
2 T. vegetable oil
2 ripe bananas, mashed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix egg, milk, vegetable oil and bananas.
Stir flour mixture into banana mixture. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Pour onto griddle (about 1/4 c. batter for each pancake) and cook on medium high heat.
