"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
1 large Salmon fillet
1 bottle of Champagne Vinaigrette

Directions:
Directions:
Gently rinse salmon and place in large pyrex dish. Generously pour vinaigrette over salmon and let marinate in refrigerator for one hour. Over marinating takes the taste of the salmon away, which some may prefer. When ready to cook, transfer the salmon to broil pan and broil on high for 10 min, or until desired to finish. If BBQ is available, go for it!
