A rack of ribs
1 cup ketchup
2 cups water
1/3 cup Lea & Perrins
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Lemons & onions- thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in a single layer in a baking pan and cover them with the thinly sliced lemons & onions. Cook them in a 450 oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile place ketchup, water, salt, chili powder and Lea and Perrins in a pan and cook over medium then low heat until all ingredients are combined. Take ribs out of oven, pour sauces over them, and return ribs to oven for 40 more min. at 350.
