1 tablespoon rice vinegar
teaspoon ginger powder
1 clove garlic, put through a press
Dash of white pepper
Few drops sesame oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Serve with gochu pajon or sushi or any other Asian food that needs a little extra flavor.
