3 beautiful Rib Eye steaks (bone in or out) 2 lemons Coarse Kosher salt
Squeeze the lemons and transfer the juice to a Pyrex. After rinsing the rib eyes, place on top of juice and sprinkle with coarse kosher salt. Let steaks marinate in juice and salt for at least one hour and turn once or twice. When ready to cook, transfer steaks to broil pan and broil for 20 min. The time may vary for thickness of steaks.
