1 lb. ground beef ľ lb ground pork ľ lb. ground veal 1 small onion finely chopped 2 eggs slightly beaten 1 tsp. horseradish Ĺ cup ketchup 2 small cups breadcrumbs salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Add enough milk so it barely holds together when formed. Divide into individual size portions and form into oval loafs. Make a slit in the top of each loaf and fill with a line of ketchup, top with a slice of bacon. Bake at 1 hour at 375į on a rack.
