4 center cut pork chops 5 T. soy sauce 2 crushed garlic cloves 2 T. hoisin sauce 1 T. honey 1 T. sugar
Put all of the ingredients in a baking dish to combine. Put pork chops in the dish and turn to coat. Marinade for at least an hour at room temperature, or 24 hours in the fridge. Remove pork chops from marinade and broil turning once, until just done, about 15-20 minutes. Serve.
