1 lb. flank steak
cup soy sauce
3 T. honey
2 T. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
cup olive oil
ground ginger to taste
green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except onions and steak. Place meat in tight fitting pan and pour marinade over steak. Add onions. Allow to marinate at least 4 hours, turning and piercing meat occasionally. Grill meat 5 minutes per side and slice diagonally. Can heat excess sauce in saucepan and pass. Good served with rice.
