1 lb. large elbow macaroni
2 cucumbers
several stalks celery
several green onions
LOTS of mayonnaise
salt & pepper
2-3 hard boiled eggs, slice
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Best if done the day before serving: Boil the elbow macaroni in salt water until firm. Do not overcook. Rinse in cold water. Coarsely chop celery, cucumbers, & green onions. Add to macaroni in large bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, salt & pepper to taste.

Next day before serving: Stir in more mayonnaise. Spread sliced eggs on top of salad. Sprinkle lightly with paprika for color. Serve with salt & pepper shakers nearby.

Serves 8-10
