1 16-Oz. Pkg. Sausage, Cooked, Drained, and Crumbled
4 Cups Cubed Day Old Bread
2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
10 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
2 12-Oz. Cans Evaporated Milk
1 Tsp. Dry Mustard
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Onion Powder
Pepper To Taste
1/2 Cup Sliced Mushrooms (Optional)
1/2 Cup Tomatoes, Peeled and Chopped (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine milk, eggs, mustard, onion powder, and pepper in medium bowl. Pour evenly over the bread and cheese. Sprinkle sausage and optional ingredients over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 325. Bake uncovered for 55-60 minutes. Tent with foil if top begins to brown too quickly.
