Ingredients:  
2 or 3 yellow squash
1 med. onion
2 or 3 med tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
2 or 3 pats of butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, slice, salt and pepper squash. In a baking dish, layer squash, thin sliced onion, and sliced tomatoes. Add 1 teaspoon water, cover and microwave 6 minute's, turning once. Remove from microwave and add 2 or 3 pats of margarine or butter. Stir slightly and return to microwave 2 minutes. Let set 2 or 3 minutes before serving.
