9" baked pie shell
1/2 cup dry cocoa
1 and 1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup corn starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups whole milk
3 tablespoons butter
1and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla favoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa, sugar, salt, and cornstarch over medium heat. Slowly stir in milk. Bring to boil, allow to boil for one minute or till mixture starts to thicken. Stir in butter & vanilla.
Pour into pie shell & cover with wax paper or plastic wrap that has been sprayed with Pam.
