Your favorite pastry recipe: 1 pie shell
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Karo Syrup, blue label
1/8 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 T. melted butter or margarine
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Roll pastry 1/8 "thick. Line 9" pie pan. Mix remaining ingredients together, adding pecans last. Pour into pastry shell. bake in hot oven (400 degrees F) 15 minutes, reduce heat to moderate (350 degrees F) and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in center of filling comes out clean.
