Ingredients:  
1 roast 1st cut brisket
1 can warm beer
vegetable oil
ketchup
2 onions, chopped
1 can beef consommé
1 can onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown fat side down for 15 min. on medium heat in oil, ketchup, and onions. Turn it over & brown other side. Add 1 can consommé, 1 can onion soup, & 1 can of water. Cover & bake at 375° for 1 hour. Down to 350° for 2nd hour. Pour in 1 can beer. Bake 1 more hour. Slice meat & bake at 250° for
˝ hour more. Put back in dish & cover with liquid.

Serves 8.
