1 box butter pecan cake mix
1 small pkg. instant butter pecan pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together (could use applesauce in place of oil). Pour into two regular size greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 40 to 60 minutes or until tester comes out clean. I start testing at about 45 minutes.

You can do variations of mixes, puddings, and nuts. Some flavors you could try are banana, raisin, date, or apple
