3 lbs. shrimp, cooked, peeled & deveined
- c. mayonnaise
2 T. grated onion
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, chop shrimp (not too fine; coarsely chopped is better). Stir in onion, Worcestershire, lemon juice, salt, & red pepper. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover & refrigerate for a few hours to blend flavors. Serve with crackers.
