Ingredients:  
1 T. butter
to 1 tsp. curry powder
T. flour
1 cups chicken broth
flavor with paprika
1 egg yolk
cup rich milk or cream
2 T. chutney
cup cooked white chicken meat and small cubes of Pippin apples

Directions:
Directions:
Melt: 1 T. butter
Add to it: to 1 tsp. curry powder
Stir in until blended: T. flour
Stir in slowly: 1 cups chicken broth
When soup is bowling, flavor with paprika
Reduce heat and beat in: 1 egg yolk and cup rich milk or cream
Stir over low heat until egg has thickened slightly, but do not boil. Add: cup cooked white chicken meat and small cubes of Pippin apples, 2 T. chutney
