Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 bag arugula, washed
½ head radicchio
½ of an endive
1 avocado
1 apple cut up
2 ears corn, barbeque for about 10-12 min
½ cup English peas for summer or ½ cup pomegranate seeds for winter
½ of a lemon




Dressing:
½ cup olive oil
1/3 cup fresh
1 tsp. sea salt
squeezed lemon juice (about 1 ½ lemons)
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze the ½ lemon over the cut apple & endive, put aside. Add to the rest of the ingredients just before serving.

Put in small Tupperware and shake well. Dress salad just before serving.
