3 oz. unsweetened chocolate (bar)
3/4 c. water
1&1/2 tbsp. butter
1 c. xylitol
1&1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in water, very slowly in heavy sauce pan while stirring constantly. Add butter and continue stirring while it dissolves. Add xylitol and continue stirring until it dissolves. Bring to a low boil and boil for 3-5 minutes while stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Thickens as it cools.
