2 flank steaks, cut in long, thin strips 2/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup water Lemon pepper Garlic salt
Marinade strips in water and soy sauce overnight. Remove from pan and season with lemon pepper and Garlic salt. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and place on bottom rack of oven as a drip catcher. Hang jerkey strips over a second rack positioned at the top of the oven. Bake at 150° for 8 to 12 hours.
