1 lb. vermicelli
2 C mushrooms, quartered
1/2 C green pepper, finely sliced
1/2 C red pepper, finely sliced
1/4 C onion, diced
1/4 C fresh garlic, minced
1 C butter, divided
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 C white wine
1 tbsp flour (optional)
salt and pepper
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Saute mushrooms, peppers and onion in 1/4 C butter. Once softened, add garlic and lemon juice. Saute for another min. and add wine to de-glaze pan. Allow sauce to thicken and add the rest of the butter. Simmer to thicken more and add flour if desired for an even thicker consistency. Toss pasta in sauce and add salt and pepper to taste. Top with fresh grated parmesan cheese if desired.
