1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 T. melted margarine or butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

ŠThis recipie is from the Betty Crocker cookbook!
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Lightly butter a round skillet and heat on medium burner. Pour a small amount of batter onto heated skillet, immediately rotate skillet so that a thin film covers the bottom. Cook until light brown. Run wide spatula around edge to loosen; turn and cook other side until light brown.
Spread thin layer of applesause, jam of your choice, or blueberry pie filling on crepe; roll up. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or whipped cream.
