2 c. water
1 c. (2 cubes) butter
2 c. flour
4 beaten eggs

Filling:
1 c. heavy cream (Beat)
4 oz. vanilla instant pudding (use 1 1/4 c. milk)
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Chocolate frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and butter to a rolling boil. Add flour. Stir until forms a ball. Take off heat & quickly add 4 beaten eggs until smooth. Drop by spoonful (large Tbsp.) 2-3 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until light brown at 400 degrees. Let cool. Slice in half and fill with cream mixture. Replace top and frost with chocolate frosting. Makes about 40.

Filling: Beat heavy cream. Make vanilla pudding using 1 1/4 c. milk and then fold together and add almond extract.
