1 1/2 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 t. salt
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 t. vanilla
3 med. ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 c. nuts


CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

1/4 c. margarine, softened

2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add sour cream. In separate bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt. Stir bananas into creamed mixture alternately with flour mixture. Pour into greased jellyroll pan. Bake at 375 for 25-30 min. Cool and frost.
