1 large Brisket of Beef, thawed if frozen
1/2 of a bottle Bullseye Original BBQ sauce
Soft French Rolls

Shredded Beef Taco Variation:
Omit BBQ sauce and add 1/2 jar La Victoria Supreme Medium Salsa. Serve in taco shells or warm tortillas with taco fixings.

Directions:
Place brisket in a crock pot, fat side down, and cook on high heat setting for 12 hours. Remove brisket from crockpot and cut off fat. Cut into bite-sized cubes. Place meat back in crock pot and add BBQ sauce to taste. Mix well, breaking up and shredding the meat with a fork. Serve on warmed soft french rolls.

If using a smaller cut of brisket reduce cooking time or cook on low heat. Add 1/4 cup water.
