6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts) coated with flour, salt and pepper and browned)
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
2 T. corn starch
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 twp. ginger
1 chicken bouillon cube

Directions:
Directions:
Put browned chicken in a shallow baking dish.
Bring all other ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, then add pineapple chunks and sliced green peppers. Bake additional 15 minutes.
