Flour tortillas
1/2 cup Jarlsberg cheese, grated
1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup Asiago cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Pour a little olive oil on a jelly roll pan and spread around with a pastry brush. Place tortillas on it and swirl around to coat a little.

Mix cheeses and spread on half of the tortillas. Top with the other half, press down edges and bake for about 8 minutes. Cut with pizza cutter.
