1 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 c. chopped onion, browned
1 (16 oz) can corn with liquid
1 (16 oz) can tomatoes with liquid
1 (16 oz) can kidney beans with liquid
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large pot.
Simmer 15 minutes. Top with grated cheese if desired. Also good with sour cream and tortilla chips.

I usually either double or triple this recipe and use half black beans, half kidney beans.
