Peach Cobbler
1/2 c butter
1 c self-raising flour
1 cup sugar
cinnamon
1 c milk
1 16 oz can peaches
Optional - top with brown sugar last few minutes of baking

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 8x8 pan in oven. in mixing bowl combine flour & sugar & cinn & mix well then stir in milk. Pour into pan over the melted butter. Followed by can of peaches. I top with more cinnamon because it tastes good & fills the house with a wonderful smell. :-) bake 50-60 minutes at 350 until brown & a little crusty around the edges! Yum Yum!
