6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
3 cucumbers (seeds removed)
1 celery stalk
1/2 white onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 cup V8
1 tsp. chopped garlic
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
cajun seasoning
celery salt
cayenne
salt
pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in food processor.
Chill.
Eat.
