Ingredients: 1 pie crust mix 1 T. poppy seeds 1 1/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese 2/3 c. bacon bits 1/3 c. diced green onions 4 eggs slightly beaten 1 1/3 c. sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:Preheat oven to 375º F. Prepare pastry for two pie crusts. Stir poppy seeds into dry crumbled mix while preparing. Roll out pastry and cut into 3" rounds with a cookie cutter. Press rounds into 2 1/2" muffin tins.
In a bowl, combine cheese, bacon bits and onions. Spoon into each muffin tin.
In another bowl mix together eggs, cream, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Beat well. Place about 1 T. of this sauce into each muffin tin.
Bake until lightly browned or about 20 minutes. If made ahead of time, wrap in foil and reheat in a 350º F oven for about ten minutes. |
