Prepare first:
1 c. of chopped nuts
1 giant Hershey Milk Chocolate bar, grated
Use half for top and half for bottom. In a 9 x 13 pan put a layer of chopped nuts and then a layer of grated chocolate.

Cook to crack stage, stirring constantly:
1 lb. butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
When candy is done, pour over nuts and chocolate, then put a layer of grated chocolate and then nuts on top while still hot. Let cool and break into pieces.
