Split Twinkies and put half for a bottom layer. Melt chips over water and beat in 4 egg yolks. Beat egg whites till stiff and fold into mixture. Pour half over Twinkies. Add other half of Twinkies and then rest of chocolate mixture.. Cover with Cool Whip. Refrigerate
