1 Chicken Fryer or Hen, Boiled-Save 2 Cups of Broth
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Cup Celery, Chopped
1 Stick Margarine
1 Can Tomato Soup
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 T. Chili Powder
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Can (Diced) Rotel Tomatoes and Peppers
1 Package (12 oz.) Thin Spaghetti
1/2 Lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta Cheese, Grated

Cook chicken, debone, and cut into pieces. Melt margarine, add onion and celery. Saute until tender. Add soups, rotel tomatoes, broth, and chili powder. Simmer while spaghetti cooks. Boil spaghetti, rinse, and drain. Mix spaghetti with other mixture (sauce) in casserole dish. Spread with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
