2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
1 T. butter
white pepper and salt to taste
2 oz sherry
8 oz. chicken broth
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
2 small onions, cubed
2 medium potatoes, cubed
2 carrots, sliced
1 T parsley
1/2 t. MSG, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in butter, season with salt and pepper. When chicken begins to brown on both sides, add other ingredients and simmer covered until tender. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
