2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 small apple, peeled and chopped
2 T butter
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
salt, to taste
2 T. curry power
6 peeled ripe avocados
rice prepared according to package
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. nuts
1/4 c. green pepper
crisp bacon
toasted coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and apple in 2 T. butter Stir in soup, salt and curry powder.Heat over low flame until smooth. Add chicken.
Place 1/2 avocado on a next of rice. Top with mixture. Garnish with raisins, nuts, pepper, bacon and coconut.
Shrimp may be used in place of chicken.
