1 c. long grain rice
1 can beef consommé or chicken broth
1 soup can water
1 stick butter
1/2 onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Mix all ingredients and cook covered in a 350º oven for 1 hour
