1 pkg. spice cake mix 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix 3 eggs 1 c. pumpkin 1 t. cinnamon 1/2 c. veg. oil 1/2 t. ginger
Mist Bundt pan with veg. spray. Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350º for 32-35 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes and turn out on cooling rack. Frost with Buttercream frosting and top with chopped nuts.
