2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 T. baking powder
1 egg
1 1/2 t. vanilla

Mix ingredients till just wet. (will still have some lumps) Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
