4 lbs. Lean Beef - Cut Into 1 1/2" Cubes
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 c. Cream Sherry
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix - Dry Kind
1 lb. Fresh Mushrooms - Sliced
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a casserole and mix well. Add mushrooms last, and mix carefully.

Cover and bake at 325 for 3 hours or until tender.

Serve over rice or noodles.

You can half this recipe it this is too much.
