1 c. grated cucumber 1 t. grated onion 8 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. tabasco
Blend together well in food processor. May add a drop of green food coloring if desired. Spread on white bread that the crust has been removed. Cut into finger-size strips. Cover with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
This is the Southern tea favorite. All real belles learned to eat this.
