1 c. chopped pecans
12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 c.mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely chopped
Strawberry Jam

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients well. Mold in a circle around a small bowl filled with strawberry jam. Serve with Ritz crackers.
