1 lb. hot or mild sausage
3 1/2 c. Bisquick
10 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Combine all ingredients and shape into small balls about the size of a quarter. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot, freezes well.
